This is a record of the current Leeds United first team and their individual player records since joining the club. There are details for each player in terms of appearances, starts, goals, assists, goals per game, goals and assists per game, games won, win percentage and contract expiry date. 

Leeds began the 2024/25 season for the second consecutive season in the second tier after losing the Championship play-off final 1-0 against Southampton in May 2024. This is the club's 98th league campaign (excluding the War Years which are not widely recognised as competitive seasons). Daniel Farke takes charge of his second season at the club after finishing third and having recorded 90 points in his debut season in the hotseat.

It was a summer change for the club as long-term players Stuart Dallas (retired), Luke Ayling (free transfer to Middlesbrough) and Jamie Shackleton (free transfer to Sheffield United) all departed the club. Marc Roca also left to join Real Betis in a £3.8m move, academy graduate Charlie Cresswell joined Toulouse FC in a £3.8m deal, Spain international defender Diego Llorente joined Real Betis in a £3m deal, and goalkeeper Kristoffer Klaesson completed a move to Raków Częstochowa for an undisclosed fee. 

Leeds' homegrown academy star 18-year-old Archie Gray was sold to Tottenham Hotspur in an overall deal valued at £40m, which also saw Wales centre-back Joe Rodon return to Elland Road after a successful season-long loan spell in a permanent move for a £10m fee on July 2nd 2024. Championship Player of the Season Crysencio Summerville was sold to West Ham United on August 3rd 2024 in a £25m deal plus add-ons. 22-year-old Georginio Rutter was sold after Brighton & Hove Albion triggered a £40m release clause on August 14th 2024.

Leeds brought 31-year-old former goalkeeper Alex Cairns back to the club on a nomimal fee from Salford City on July 8th 2024. The club signed 29-year-old midfielder Joe Rothwell on a season-long loan deal from AFC Bournemouth on July 11th 2024. The club completed the signing of 23-year-old full-back Jayden Bogle in a £5m deal from Sheffield United on July 20th 2024.

 

Leeds completed the signing of 23-year-old Belgian forward Largie Ramazani in a £10m deal from Almería on August 22nd 2024. Leeds completed the signing of 25-year-old Tottenham Hotspur winger Manor Solomon on a season-long loan deal on August 27th 2024. Leeds completed the Deadline Day signings of 25-year-old Japan midfielder Ao Tanaka in a £3.3m deal from Fortuna Düsseldorf and 24-year-old Swiss full-back Isaac Schmidt in an an initial £2.5m deal from FC St. Gallen. Following injuries to midfielders Ethan Ampadu and Ilia Gruev in quick succession, Leeds moved to add 34-year-old defensive midfielder free agent Josuha Guilavogui to the squad on October 23rd 2024.

Homegrown: Each player's homegrown status. Championship clubs can have squads of up to 25 players, of which a minimum of 8 need to be home grown. In the Championship, you're allowed an unlimited amount of under-21s on permanent contracts without registering them, but loanees need to be registered among your 25 players, even if they are under-21s. Goalkeepers over the age of 21 also have to be registered as part of the 25-man squad in the Championship. For a player to be considered home grown by the EFL, they can be any nationality or been trained by any club. All that is required to qualify as home grown is to have been registered with any club affiliated to the FA or the FA of Wales for at least three seasons or 36 months prior to their 21st birthday (or the end of the season they turn 21). The definition of 'Under 21' this season is very simply defined as 'any player born on or after January 1 2004'.

Ethan Ampadu's contract has an additional option until 2028.
Junior Firpo switched his international allegiance from Spain to the Dominican Republic following an international call-up on March 11th 2024.
